How to Order

By keeping my ordering process as simple as possible you can relax knowing everything is covered. Every wedding is different so a tailored quote will be generated based on quantities you wish to order for your wedding day. For an idea on costs please refer to my Price Guide.

First, you need to select which style of wedding stationery is for you. Take a look at my House Collection to see if anything takes your fancy or maybe you prefer something more Bespoke. If you want to see a sample before you decide you can order samples from all my House Collections.

Once you have selected your chosen style please fill in my order form below and I will get back to you within 3-5 days. If you have requested a Bespoke design I will contact you personally so we can have a more in-depth chat and get to know each other, I will then send you a quote specific to your wedding stationery desires.

If you are happy with your order I will send you an invoice for the total cost of your wedding stationery and a contract confirming your date and booking. The contract will require your signature and a 50% non-refundable design fee to be paid to secure your booking.

We don’t want to miss anything important so I will send you a simple form to fill out, gathering all your wording and details. Worried you’ve missed something? No problem, I can guide you through any concerns.

Your wedding stationery design will begin. I will provide you with a pdf proof via email for your approval. If something isn’t quite right, don’t panic, I can amend your design up to 3 times, ensuring you have peace of mind.

Once you’re 100% happy. I’ll send you a final pdf proof for your approval. Please check everything carefully, once you’ve approved your final design, mistakes can’t be rectified.

After your final proofs have been approved. I will send your final invoice detailing the balance remaining. This needs to be paid in full before your stationery can go to print.

Once your design is approved and the final balance has been paid I will send your design off to my carefully selected print house. Printing can take from 8-10 days to be returned to me. Please allow for this time when ordering your stationery.

Once I have received your print I will carefully check everything is perfect and add any additional finishing touches that you have requested.

I will carefully pack all your wedding stationery with love and send your items to your requested address. To help the environment I keep my packaging down to a minimum and use 100% recyclable products. This also reduces the cost of postage and packaging to you.

On the day items

PLEASE NOTE: These items can be ordered at a later date after invitations are ordered.

i.e x65 Day Invitations x35 Evening Invitations, x100 RSVP x50 Information cards etc. I recommend you order a few extra invitations other than your guest numbers to cover any unexpected ‘’whoops‘’ or save some as a keep sake for the future.

If you would like any designs features changing such as colour, an option to write your guests names (currently we do not offer personalised printing on invitations). Please also note here if you would like a bespoke map drawing on the information card.
