1. General Information

2. Product Orders

2.1 All prices are in GBP and may change without prior notice.

2.2 Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

2.3 If an item is out of stock, you’ll be contacted with the option of a refund or an alternative.

2.4 Products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

3.2 UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail (2nd or 1st class as selected at checkout).

3.3 International shipping is not currently available.

3.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

4.1 You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

4.2 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

4.3 Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.4 To initiate a return, email hello@ellieandliv.com with your order number.

5. Bespoke Commissions (Including Illustrations and Design)

5.1 Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the project and studio time.

5.2 The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of artwork, before delivery.

5.3 Each commission includes two rounds of revisions. Significant changes to the original brief may incur additional charges.

5.4 Once final approval is given, no further changes can be made and Ellie and Liv is not liable for errors approved by the client.

5.5 Commissions are non-refundable once the artwork has been created.

6. Licensing Terms

6.1 All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Ellie and Liv/Simone Carr.

6.2 Licensing allows the client to use the artwork for an agreed purpose only, which will be specified in the licence agreement.

6.3 Licences are non-transferable and non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.4 If you’d like to use the artwork beyond the scope of your original licence, a new agreement and fee will be required.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All designs, illustrations, patterns, and written content on this site are the property of Ellie and Liv.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without express written permission.

7.3 Purchasing a product or commission does not transfer any intellectual property rights unless specified in a written licensing agreement.

8. Digital Downloads

8.1 All digital products are for personal use only.

8.2 Sharing, reselling, or altering digital files is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds can be offered once the file has been downloaded.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 While we make every effort to represent products accurately, small variations in colour or format may occur due to screen or print differences.

9.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or services.

11. Cookie policy

11.1 By using Ellie and Liv, you consent to the processing of data about you in the manner and for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

12.1 The information on this website is provided by Ellie and Liv for general guidance only. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind—express or implied—about the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or any information, products, services, or related imagery featured on it.

13.2 Ellie and Liv operate this website from the UK. All claims and issues relating to the use of this site are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.3 If you access the site from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

14. Copyright

14.1 All content, designs, and layout on this website are the sole property of Ellie and Liv and are protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction of any part of the site or its content is strictly prohibited.

14.2 If multiple design options are presented, only the final chosen design is considered to fulfil the contract. All other concepts and proofs remain the intellectual property of Ellie and Liv unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14.3 If you provide Ellie and Liv with any images, text, or other content, ownership of that material remains with you or the original copyright holder.

14.4 Improper or unauthorised use of Ellie and Liv designs or artwork may result in legal action.

15. Printables

15.1 Ellie and Liv printable PDF files are for personal use only—we hope you enjoy using them! You’re welcome to print the high-resolution pages as many times as you like for your own use.

15.2 All Ellie and Liv files are read-only and cannot be edited or copied. All designs remain the copyright of Ellie and Liv.

15.3 Redistribution, resale, alteration, or commercial use of either the original files or printed results is strictly prohibited.

16.1 If you’re unhappy with any part of your experience, please get in touch so we can try to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
